∞ SEEING YOUR NEW LIGHT EXERCISE ∞

1.Stand up or sit down. Perform this exercise in whichever position is most comfortable. If you are seated, make sure the soles of your feet comfortably touch the floor. Sit up straight.

2.Take each arm and extend it on each side of you. Arms should be parallel to the floor.

3.Now, take both of your arms and wave them in front of your face like windshield wipers on a car. Make sure that the tips of your fingers move directly in front of your eyes. Your hands should be approximately 8-10 inches away from your face.

4.Alternate your hands while waiving, to that your right hand is closest to you. Then your left hand is closest to you.

5.Smile as you perform this motion. You will release endorphins which help break down the fear-based cortisol flow in your brain. Also, notice how much lighter the world seems.

6.Repeat this process in 3 sets around 90 times total every day, for the next 30 days.
